Towny plugin Empty Towny plugin

I think it would be a good idea to add the Towny plugin. Its a mod which allows u to create a town and nation. U can make people pay taxes in your town or have town wars and all sorts of stuff. Read more at: towny.xshade.ca/

the towny plugin will not be added due to the plugins we are already installing
the towny plugin interferes with some plugins we have
